Absolutely the worst two wheeler showroom I ever went to. I went there to get the quotation of NX200. Mr Navnath was the sales person. He just told me 3 sentence info of the bike. One was its on road price, no technical or feature information given. Most suprising thing was I was denied a test ride saying test ride is not allowed. That absolutely ridiculous. I dont think asking test ride is anything unusual. Other dealers provide test ride even for scooters but these so call established dealers are denying it. Total waste of time and ridiculous customer experience. I would not have given even half a star if zero stars were allowed

We are planning to buy a Honda Activa for my brother. To my surprise there is no test ride available. Thought of going to BU Bhandari,then the salesman managed somehow but spoke very rudely. We left without a test ride. These people don't need customers. Thank God I was planning to upgrade to a CB350 as well. No visits to this showroom now.

I have booked my scooter on 29th march and I had called showroom two days ago whether can get the delivery on Saturday i.e. 03 May 2025 the showroom sales lady agreed and said we can get the delivery today and when i went to showroom today number plates for the vehicle were not there such unprofessional behaviour towards customer and casual too.
We are paying thousands of rupees and getting this kind of service total mood spoiler.
I do not recommend this dealer at all.

Pashankar auto is one of the oldest Honda dealer in Pune city. They have various showrooms across the city. The popular Honda Activa, Shine and other models are available here. However NO discount is offered at all. They only offer discounts in accessories which is but obvious. Pre sales experience is quite good. If you chose the auspicious Muhurts like Gudhi Padwa, Dusara, Diwali etc then do remember to book your vehicle well in advance. Always take the vehicle with registered number plate and other purchased accessories. Always check the spelling, address and phone numbers on invoice, insurance, RC book. If you choose auspicious muhurt then there is lots of rush and all things are done hastily. Overall good choice when it comes to Honda, one of the trusted and reliable brand.

Purchased my Activa 125 from here and got it delivered yesterday. The process overall was quite quick, they gave a good deal and delivery on my desired date. Mr. Sachin Solanki was very helpful throughout the process and was always available even on call to answer all my queries. If I could give negative stars I would. Went there for HSRP plate fitting. What I saw was that only persons who bought the plastic frame they provide for 150-200₹ would end up getting their plate fitted. Those who didn't buy this frame, there will suddenly be "technical issues" like old plate is too thick, screws are too tight, etc. Point is I already paid 531₹ for plate and fitting, they want more. Floor manager Satish refused to give me his full name and just kept quiet when I raised the issue, also laughed at me basically admitting they do vasooli. Jai ho Modi sarkar.

I recently visited your showroom to purchase a new bike, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.

Firstly, upon purchasing a new bike, I was surprised to find out that the showroom did not provide a helmet along with the bike, which is a basic safety requirement. This left me feeling unsafe and disappointed with the customer service provided.

Furthermore, after making the purchase, I was told that the delivery would only take 30 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for a staggering 2 hours without any updates or information about the delay. This lack of communication and disregard for my time was extremely frustrating.

To add to the frustration, upon receiving the bike, I noticed that the number plate was not ready, which further prolonged the entire process. Additionally, there was no executive available to address my concerns or assist with the delivery, leaving me feeling neglected as a customer.

I trust that Honda, a reputable and esteemed brand, values its customers and their experiences. Therefore, I sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken seriously and measures will be put in place to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues. No delivery assistant was present to give the delivery. Me nd my friends took the keys from display me nd clicked photos

We had visited this showroom yesterday for bike enquiry but one of the representative continuously speaking on phone and no one came us to show and tell about the model. So left the showroom without any quotation, I think Honda is now careless about the customer or may be they have now high sell so no matter if they loose the customer. Disappointing Experience at Pashankar Honda, J M Road!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Pashankar Honda, J M Road, but was disappointed with the service. Here are the issues:

1.⁠ ⁠No helmet provided as per RTO rules.
2.⁠ ⁠No Haladi Kunku (turmeric-vermilion) for pooja, a basic courtesy.
3.⁠ ⁠Sales personnel were inattentive and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend Pashankar Honda, J M Road due to their subpar service.

Really bad staff, they don’t even bother to speak to you. Their attitude is like they’re doing a favour. Worst experience. I’ll suggest better you go to TVS showroom. Better staff and service. Won’t suggest this pathetic place. Don’t even deserve 1 star rating.
